| For a wedding day free from worry, look to the Ottawa Congress Centre. After you've walked down the aisle and said your vows, relax and enjoy the best part of your big day with our experienced food and beverage team. The food and beverage department will work with you to select from one of our Wedding Packages, or to design a customized menu to suit your taste and traditions. We offer a diverse selection of contemporary dishes, presentation, styles, and service options for weddings of all sizes.
Choose our outdoor Rooftop Terrace or the popular Colonel By Salon and surround your guests with unparalleled views of the Rideau Canal and downtown. Or choose the Capital Hall Salon or Congress Hall Salon and create a warm and intimate setting for your celebration. We'll look after the place settings, décor, and special touches. Your head table will be skirted with a white cloth to the floor and can be decorated with silver candelabras. Guest tables will be adorned with white table cloths, colored overlays and a choice of candles.
Depending on the salon booked we have additional items that can be used as décor or backdrops that include:
• white lattice for behind the head table or cake table
•
a cedar arbor at the entrance to the Outdoor Rooftop Terrace
•
floral and taupe drape as backdrops
•
trees with mini lights
•
red carpet
• wrought iron screens with hanging candles
A podium and microphone will be included for events indoors. You may also request these items for weddings on the Outdoor Terrace, at a nominal additional charge.
