Mixed Summer Grill
$34.50 per person*
(minimum of 100 guests required)

Station 1
Mixed summer greens with goat cheese medallions and oregano, garlic and olive oil vinaigrette

Grilled romaine lettuce with warm bacon and parmesan cheese dressing

Mediterranean flavours of fresh Tabbouleh, Hummus and Tzatziki served with mini rolls, herb seasoned pita chips and mini pita pockets

Antipasto platter with a variety of grilled, marinated vegetables and crisp prosciutto ham


Station 2
BBQ mesquite supreme of chicken breast served with assorted chutneys (tamarind, coconut and coriander)

Grilled medallion of Alberta beef striploin served with assorted mustards

Baked fillet of orange roughy served with a fresh mango, tomato and lime salsa

Mashed potato bar:
Yukon gold mashed potato
Roasted garlic mashed potato
Sweet potato mash

Served with a choice of condiments:
