Grilled Belgian endives with orange filets, served with a honey and orange vinaigrette

Roasted red pepper and fennel soup

Oven-roasted breast of chicken with a herb cream sauce, served with roasted garlic potatoes and whole green beans with caramelized pearl onions

Arugula salad with olives, crisp prosciutto ham and Parmesan shavings, served with a lemon and grape seed oil vinaigrette

Grilled orange roughy with diced red bell peppers and a turmeric-scented Chardonnay sauce, served with steamed white rice with candied fruit and buttered broccoli florets
